About The Band

The Bombshell Flowers are an alternative rock trio from Utah blending surf shimmer, indie grit, pop hooks, and tight three part harmonies into a sound that feels both nostalgic and fresh.

Formed in 2011, the band features Brenden Blackham, Brantly Green, and Gavin Cox. After gaining early momentum in the Utah indie scene, the group stepped away for a three year hiatus from 2017 to 2020. When they returned, it was with renewed clarity and a sharper creative focus. Since then, they have steadily expanded their audience and strengthened their presence across the Western U.S. indie circuit.

The Bombshell Flowers are known for high-energy live shows and a surprisingly full sound for a three piece. Coverage from Velour’s Battle of the Bands praised their “tight three part harmonies” and called their opening set “one of the best” of the night. Another writer described the experience as “mainlining sunshine.” Their ability to blend early rock and roll harmonies with early 2000s punk energy has become a defining part of their identity.

All three members contribute vocally, creating layered harmonies that thrive in everything from driving, riff heavy anthems to melodic power pop moments. Reviewers have noted that they “sound like no one but themselves,” pointing to a style that feels familiar but distinctly their own.

With new music arriving in 2026, The Bombshell Flowers are stepping into their next chapter with momentum and experience on their side. More than a decade into their journey, they continue to write songs built for crowded rooms, long drives, and choruses meant to be sung back at full volume.

We will see you at the next show.
